No. You cannot add refund protection to your tickets after you have paid. It must be added to your order at the time of purchase.
Secure My Booking allows up to 60 days for customers to be able to file their refund application. Meaning you have time to get everything into place before applying for a refund.
Secure My Booking doesn’t cover shows that are cancelled by Music Theatre Wichita. If a ticket qualifies for a refund when an event is cancelled, the staff and management of Music Theatre Wichita will set the refund policy and the deadlines for receiving such refund.
