Box Office Associate
Hiring for our 2025 Summer Season is complete! Hiring for our 2026 season will begin in January of 2026.
Box Office Associates, under the leadership of the Patron Services Manager:
-work from May 2025 through September 2025, with the ability to be flexible with a school schedule for full-time students starting in August.
-assist patrons with purchasing and exchanging tickets.
-work weekly shifts that include days during non-performance weeks and days, nights, and weekends during performance weeks.
Prospective box office staff members should have the ability to maintain a high level of poise and professionalism in all circumstances, have great customer service skills, a great attitude, strong workplace qualities such as punctuality, and the ability to initiate and build relationships with patrons. Staff members should be able to stand for approximately 3 hours, lift 30 pounds, and walk up and down two flights of stairs quickly in order to assist in any emergencies.
This position comes with a weekly stipend of $400.
