Yes, there is a $2 fee per ticket for exchanges. All exchanges must be for the same show and cannot be swapped for a different one. Season tickets can be exchanged free of charge.

Music Theatre Wichita is pleased to offer ticket insurance through Secure My Booking. If you purchased this insurance, you may be eligible for a refund, provided you meet the criteria. However, if you did not add ticket insurance, you are not eligible for a refund. Please note, season tickets are never eligible for a refund.

When purchasing tickets, you’ll have three delivery options: by mail, via email, or for pickup at will call. All options include a $5 delivery fee for phone or in-person purchases and a $4 delivery fee for online orders.

Yes, we’d be happy to reprint your tickets if you’ve misplaced them. Simply call the box office or visit in person. We can also resend your tickets via email if preferred.

No, printing your e-tickets is not necessary. Our ticket scanners can scan directly from your phone. Just make sure the PDF is clear and your phone’s brightness is turned up.
