SIX THE MUSICAL TEEN EDITION AUDITIONS
The Academy at Music Theatre Wichita is excited to announce auditions for SIX: Teen Edition with performances on February 7-9. Below you will find information and details for this upcoming opportunity. Teens of all genders are encouraged to audition! We are adding ensemble members to this show and would love for dancers and singers to join us.
If you have remaining questions after reading this information and the attachments, please email education@mtwichita.org. Auditions will take place in MR 101 inside Century II. You will enter through the southeast side of the building (next to the Jester statue), through the Stage Door.
Auditions are open to students ages 13-18. All genders are encouraged to audition. Dancers and singers, please note that this is not an enrollment show and not everyone will be cast. Please see information below on what to prepare for auditions.
If teens have a headshot and résumé, please bring them. This is not a requirement to audition.

TEEN INFORMATION
Teens ages 13 through high school seniors will be seen one at a time. Please visit the following link to sign-up for a time to sing. https://signup.com/go/OvmUjau
Teens who want to be considered for a lead (one of the six wives) should learn and prepare one of the songs provided below memorized. Be prepared with the song associated with the queen you are wanting to audition for. Learning more than one song is beneficial. If you are called back, you will be asked to read the dialogue included with the songs. If you want to be in the ensemble, please bring your own song: these need to be under 45 seconds in length! No singing a capella or karaoke tracks.
You are welcome to print and fill out the following forms before auditions, or we will have copies available. We will have staff members on hand to help with measurements and forms.
