Introducing Fall Semester Classes!

MTWichita makes a leap forward in its educational offerings this fall by adding Teaching Artist Heidi Biever to the team. Over the last 20 years, Heidi devloped an innovative musical theatre curriculum, while teaching thousands of young students in State College, PA. She brings her experience and enthusiasm to Wichita.

Enrollment is now open for a range of classing, starting with children as young as two. The classes will be hosted at the Wichita State University Heskett Center. (Campus map available here.)

Free Fall Workshops!

Interested in fall classes and want to try a sample class first? Free workshops will be offered at the following days/times:

  • Friday, August 26
    • 3-4pm for Homeschoolers (interested in Sing the Songs of Encanto or Sing the Songs of Hamilton)
    • 4:45-5:45pm for anyone interested in the Broadway ShowKids class
    • 6-7pm for anyone interested in the Sing the Songs of Hamilton class
  • Saturday, August 27
    • 10:30-11:30am for anyone interested in the Beginning Broadway class
    • 12-1pm for anyone interested in Sing the Songs of Encanto
    • 1:30-2:30pm for anyone interested in 101 Dalmatians Kids
  • Sunday, August 28
    • 1:30-2:30pm for anyone interested in Sing the Songs of Encanto
    • 3-4pm for anyone interested in 101 Dalmatians Kids

All workshops will be held at the Wichita State University Heskett Center. Registration is not required. Questions can go to heidi@mtwichita.org.
